📦 Tracking, Order & Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email with a direct link to follow your shipment.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Fees and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout based on your location.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours. If there’s no movement after that time, please contact us for assistance.


🔧 Replace & Maintenance

When should I replace my oil seal?

We recommend replacing seals every 3,000–5,000 hours of operation or if signs of wear, leaks, or noise appear.

How do I know if the oil seal is worn out?

Look for oil leaks, visible seal damage, or abnormal vibration/noise in machinery.

Do you provide installation instructions?

Yes, downloadable guides are available on each product page. Contact us for additional resources or technical support.

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Customized items are non-returnable.

How can I exchange a product?

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is incorrect or defective, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How do I use a discount code?

🚚 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

What if my order is lost or stolen?

Please contact us right away. We’ll help initiate a claim with the shipping provider and arrange a replacement if applicable.

My product arrived damaged — what should I do?

Send us photos of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a replacement or refund.


🏠 Address Change & Order Changes

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

Yes, but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible to update your address.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing and may not be able to make changes.
