🔄 Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

🚚 How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email damon@dmhuiseals.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return shipping instructions.

Ship Your Item: Pack the product securely and ship it back to us using a trackable method.

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
